VanTrust to Develop 210K-SF Offices Three at Frisco Station

VanTrust Real Estate LLC is ready to break ground on its next speculative office endeavor at Frisco Station in the far-north Dallas suburb of Frisco, TX. The developer will begin construction on the 210,000-square-foot Offices Three at Frisco Station by the end of January 2020, with completion scheduled for 2021.

The new building will be at Cowboys Way and Hickman Road in the 242-acre Frisco Station, and is the third offering of a total of five million square feet of planned office space for the mixed-use project. HKS Inc. is the building’s project architect. Cushman & Wakefield is marketing the building on behalf of the developer.

The Offices One, which opened in December 2018, is 98% leased. The Offices Two shell building construction is almost complete, with occupancy at 35%. Keurig Dr. Pepper is the largest tenant.
