Vantage Builders Promotes MacLean to COO

Waltham-based general contracting, construction management and design-build firm Vantage Builders has promoted Kelly MacLean to Chief Operations Officer. In her new role, MacLean will be responsible for developing, implementing and improving the firm’s operational efficiency, cost control management, safety and internal procedures. She will report to the firm’s principals, Ed Silva and John Connor.

MacLean joined Vantage Builders in 2016 as director of operations. She has more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry, directing operations, overseeing complex, multi-million dollar projects and managing cross-functional teams. Prior to joining Vantage Builders, MacLean was a chief operating officer for Liberty Construction, establishing the firm’s West Coast division.
