Vanderlande Commits to Suburban Cincinnati

Cushman & Wakefield arranged a lease by Vanderlande Industries at Smith/Hallemann Partners’ Governor’s Pointe Office Park in Deerfield Township, OH, a Cincinnati suburb. Senior director Scott Abernethy and senior associate Michelle Klingenberg represented Smith/Hallemann, while vice chair Jeff Bender and associate Seattle Stein represented Amsterdam-based Vanderlande.

“Governor’s Pointe and Deerfield Township are an ideal location for our Cincinnati operations,” said Sean Wallingford, president, North America, of Vanderlande Industries. “The office park’s amenity base, access to Interstate 71 and the township’s business-friendly tax climate all made Governor’s Pointe and Deerfield Township a compelling choice.”

The 4705 Duke Dr. building includes a large marketplace and break area on the first floor, as well as ample outdoor seating and a walking trail around the park. Additionally, the 141,000-square-foot building offers I-71 visibility and proximity to 13 hotels and approximately 40 restaurants within two miles, as well as Deerfield Township’s 0% local earnings tax.
