Vanderbilt and Starwood Award Leasing Duties for Prominent Pointe

Aquila Commercial has been awarded the leasing of Prominent Pointe in northwest Austin. The two-building class-A office project totals slightly more than 256,000 square feet.

Prominent Pointe is owned by Vanderbilt Office Properties and Starwood Capital. The building features a recently updated tenant lounge and on-site café. Plans are in place for common area improvements including extensive landscape and entryway updates throughout the property and lobby/hallway renovations within building 2. The ownership also plans to create more move-in ready options in building 1 through a spec suite program.

Current tenants at the project include Tiff’s Treats, Keysight Technologies, Naman Howell, Smith & Lee and Daybreak Games. The property currently has suites available ranging from 1,000 to more than 16,000 square feet.

Chad Barrett and Seth Stuart with Aquila Commercial will handle the leasing for the project.

“Prominent Pointe offers tenants a variety of options from move-in ready spaces to a large block that is ready for customization within a premier office complex that is ideally located in Northwest Austin,” says Stuart.

The property is located along Capital of Texas Highway near Spicewood Springs just past The Arboretum.
