Van Nuys Airport Location Capitalizes on Tech Growth
An Uncommon Developers campus encompasses three buildings, each with private parking access, multiple patios and outdoor areas at 16300 Roscoe Blvd. in Van Nuys. The development is located directly adjacent to the Van Nuys Airport, which the marketing team has dubbed the second-busiest private airport in North America.
Renovations are newly completed on The Runway, which has about 160,000 square feet available. Each building has 29,308 square feet of total space divided across two floors. The parking ratio is more than 5:1 and all buildings are on the Proxy smart access systems app. The buildings utilize VRF HEPA Filtration systems for climate systems, which ensure air quality is similar to that of a hospital surgical room.
Logistically, the development is 0.8 miles from the Roscoe on and off ramps for the 405. There is rapid tech growth near the Van Nuys Airport and surrounding areas. Facebook’s Van Nuys satellite office is about 7 minutes away and GM’s main design studios is located less than 5 minutes away.
