Value-Add Nacogdoches Crossing Goes to Private Buyer
Santikos Real Estate Services sold Nacogdoches Crossing, a 22,434-square-foot neighborhood shopping center in northeast San Antonio. An unnamed private buyer acquired the center at 6826 N. Loop 1604 for an undisclosed price, as a value-add opportunity. Bexar County values the property at $3.8 million.
“Nacogdoches Crossing garnered significant interest from local and national investors due to the value-add nature of the asset, future development potential and Walmart shadow anchor,” said John Taylor with HFF, who, with colleague Drew Fuller, led the team representing the seller.
The center is situated on 5.9 acres, which includes two acres of development-ready land that can accommodate approximately 19,000 square feet of new retail space. The tenant roll includes Cato Fashions, Taco Cabana and Rolling Oaks Dental.
The local seller developed the center, which is part of a larger retail development.
