Marcus & Millichap finalized the sale of 1451 Hemlock Ave., a seven-unit apartment property located in Imperial Beach. The asset sold for $1,833,000.

Bove arranged the sale on behalf of the seller, a personal trust. He also procured the buyer, La Jolla Pacific Consultants LLC.
The property comprises six two-bedroom/one-bath units and one one-bedroom/one-bath unit. Noteworthy features include ample onsite parking, a communal laundry area and low-maintenance landscaping.
