Valtech Acquires Romeoville Industrial with Rental Income Stream

CBRE recently represented Valtech LLC in the acquisition of 1347-1349 Enterprise Dr., a 33,900-square-foot industrial property in Romeoville, IL. The purchase price wasn’t disclosed.

Cal Payne, Philip DeBeor, Matt Mulvihill and Kevin Segerson of CBRE represented Valtech in the transaction. NAI Hiffman’s Packy Doyle, Adam Roth and Dan Leahy advised the seller, Felix Loeb.

Valtech is an exclusive distributor for Magna-Tiles, an innovative toy manufacturer.

The firm will relocate from its current location elsewhere in Romeoville and occupy 22,000 square feet of the property. The building offers 24-foot clear ceilings and the remaining portion is fully-leased.

“This was a great opportunity for Valtech to upgrade its space and acquire a property with a steady flow of rental income in place,” said Payne.

Connect Chicago Fall 2019 will take place Oct. 29 in Chicago. For more information, or to register, click here.
