Valerus Takes Down 397K-SF in Sealy, TX

Valerus Field Solutions signed a 10-year deal for 396,880 square feet at the former BAE facility in Sealy, TX. Valerus, a division of Montreal-based SNC-Lavalin, will use the space to consolidate operations from across Texas and Louisiana.

BAE Systems once occupied the 930,000-square-foot, 52-acre campus at 5000 Interstate 10 West on the far west side of the Houston metropolitan area. The company shut down in late 2013. Five Star Properties acquired the asset in 2015.

The Parker/Littman Team at Cushman & Wakefield represented the owner, Five Star Properties. Kyle Kelley of Savills-Studley and Jim Stark of CBRE were the tenant representatives.
