Valdosta Student Housing Property Trades for $14M

Marcus & Millichap has arranged the $13.6 million sale of Remerton Mill, a 194-bed student housing property in Valdosta, GA.

Remerton Mill is located at 1853 W Gordon St in Valdosta and consists of 112-units. The property is fully furnished and was built in 2019. The property serves Valdosta State University in Valdosta. In addition, the property is currently adding 16 1-bedroom units, which will be completed by the end of May.

John Brigel of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller, a limited liability company, in the transaction. The buyer was also a limited liability company.
