Vaisala Inks 28K-SF Office/Lab Lease in Burlington 

Vaisala, a Finnish company that produces products and services for environmental and industrial measurement., secured a 28,000-square-foot lease at GenLabs’ 3 Van de Graaff Drive in Burlington, MA. Relocating from Woburn, MA, Vaisala sought upgraded lab space fitting its international stature. 

Positioned overlooking Interstate 95, GenLabs provides proximity to Burlington Mall, 3rd Ave/Middlesex Turnpike. Completing its life science conversion, the campus introduces upgraded facilities, including an enhanced lobby, a new café, collaborative spaces, a gaming area, and a fitness center. 

CBRE’s Alex Plaisted, Ryan Romano, and Christian Vallis orchestrated the deal between Vaisala and property owners, Jumbo Capital and Apollo-managed funds.
