Cushman & Wakefield has advised Sunrise Capital, LLC in the $12 million sale of a vacant 100,000-square-foot office park on 6 acres in Oceanside, CA. The buyer is The Classical Academies, an organization of tuition-free, California Public Charter Schools in North San Diego County.

“Formerly occupied by the County of San Diego, this was a rare opportunity to acquire a campus in a private cul-de-sac, conveniently located off of Oceanside Boulevard and Interstate 5 for easy parent, student and staff accessibility,” said Cushman & Wakefield’s Peter Curry who represented the seller along with Jason Kimmel and Tim Winslow.
