UWS New Resi Launches Sales 

SERHANT. New Development and Toll Brothers City Living have been named the co-exclusive sales agency for The Rockwell, an 81-residence Upper West Side property at 218 West 103rd St.

Residences, starting at $975,000, offer one to three bedrooms. Amenities encompass a residents’ lounge, fitness studio, and outdoor terraces. Completion is expected by early 2024. 

SERHANT. New Development manages luxury properties like Brooklyn Point and VELA, the firm was established in 2020 by Ryan Serhant.
