UT Health Northeast Plans $39 Million Project
UT Health Northeast’s School of Community and Rural Health is moving forward with a $39 million addition. The addition follows an approval from the UT Board of Regents.
The creative phase for the planned three-story, 89,000-square-foot building is now underway, with Dallas-based architecture firm Smith Group designing the project. The building will include both office and instructional space.
The project is scheduled to break ground this summer, south of the Academic Center on the Tyler, TX campus. The facility has a projected 18-month construction timeline.
