USA Compression Partners Secures Memorial City Space

USA Compression Partners LP is relocating its offices from northwest Houston to Memorial City. The oil and gas industry compression service provider inked a deal with landlord MetroNational to take down 23,652 square feet at 945 Bunker Hill, a 320,000-square-foot office building.

MetroNational’s Brad MacDougall and Warren Alexander represented the landlord in the seven-year lease transaction, while Scot Ison of Axis Tenant Advisors represented the tenant, USA Compression Partners. The new tenant is expected to relocate in late summer 2019.

Memorial City is a 265-acre, mixed-use development in West Houston. Owned and managed by MetroNational, Memorial City’s nine million square feet provides office space, retail (including Memorial City Mall), apartments, restaurants, hotels and the Memorial Hermann Memorial City Medical Center.
