US Storage Centers Acquires 780-Unit Self-Storage Facility in Middleton

Self storage owner-operator US Storage Centers has acquired a 780-unit, 85,260-square-foot self-storage facility in the Boston suburb of Middleton. The sales price was not disclosed.

Located at 193 South Main St., the facility features climate-controlled units, onsite moving carts, electronic gated access, video surveillance and passenger elevators.

“We are very excited to add this new Class A asset to our portfolio here in Massachusetts,” said Charles Byerly, CEO of US Storage Centers. “We continue to be committed to building out our holdings in the greater Boston area, and Massachusetts in general. We remain interested in looking at all opportunities in this market as well as all other major metros in the United States.”

US Storage Centers represented itself in the acquisition. The seller was undisclosed.
