US Signal Finalizes Upgrades to Indianapolis North Data Center

US Signal, a Midwest-based digital infrastructure and data center solutions provider, is wrapping up work to upgrade its recently acquired Indianapolis North Data Center. The new data center, located at 6325 Morenci Trail, marks US Signal’s third data center in Indiana.

Etzel Engineer and Build has been contracted to assist with its renovation and expansion, which is scheduled to open in August. “Phase One of the upgrades is nearly complete, setting the stage for us to immediately activate production capabilities,” said John White, COO of US Signal. “We are already seeing strong market demand and customers pre-buying space, which underscores the necessity and importance of this expansion.”

Once complete, the 9,600-square-foot data center will feature various elements to serve its clients, including 300 available cabinets, 24/7 staffing and multi-level security, and 10-12 new employees to operate the center. It also has the potential for further expansion in Phase Three, including power and space for 600 cabinets.
