Boardwalk Wealth has purchased Eastwood Oaks Apartments in Hilliard, FL for $13.5 million.

US Investing Group, Boardwalk Wealth Trade Jacksonville Multifamily for $14M

NAI Hallmark has completed sale of Eastwood Oaks Apartments in the Jacksonville submarket of Hilliard, FL for $13.5 million.

John Rutherford and Luke McCann of NAI Hallmark brokered the transaction on behalf of seller US Investing Group LLC, and buyer Boardwalk Wealth.

 “This property represents a great opportunity for the new owner to complete the value-add renovations while continuing to leverage the tremendous historical occupancy and strong demographics in the North Jacksonville submarket,” said Rutherford.

The multifamily asset at 37177 Cody Circle was built in 1974 and consist of a total of 104 multifamily units in a combination of 44 one-bedroom, 24 two-bedrooms, and 36 three-bedrooms units on 10.51 acres.

The property is located northwest of downtown Jacksonville with limited competition in the area. Eastwood Oaks Apartments amenities include a swimming pool, sports court, fitness center, clubhouse and dog park.
