US Foods Inks Chicago Suburbs’ Biggest Office Lease Since ‘17
US Foods renewed its 275,000-square-foot lease at Riverway in Rosemont, IL, where it has been a tenant since 2005. It’s reportedly the largest office lease signed in Chicago’s suburbs since 2017.
Riverway’s 1.1-million-square-foot campus is comprised of four class-A, 11-story office buildings. Adventus Realty, the landlord in the US Foods lease, owns three of the four buildings and is implementing a major capital improvement program.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Dan Svachula, Michael Simpson and Allyson Birchmeier represented Adventus. US Foods was represented by CBRE’s James Otto, Abigail Zaleski and Chris Reynolds.
Riverway is located near two of the region’s major arteries, I-290 and I-294, and is convenient to both transit and O’Hare International Airport. “For both suburban and urban-based employees, the property provides unparalleled access to multiple transportation options and vast array of onsite and local amenities,” said Svachula.
