US Direct Consolidates at Irvine Facility
US Direct LLC claimed the entire 39,260-square-foot building located at 1700 Barranca Parkway in Irvine, CA. The company is a collection of marketers, artists, techies and direct mail strategists and will occupy the space for its account team, printing, assembly and distribution.
JLL’s Wade Tift, Nick Carey and Byron Foss represented the landlord, 1700 Barranca Company LLC, in the lease. US Direct LLC was represented by Lee & Associates.
“US Direct LLC was looking for a new location that would allow it to be more efficient with all of its functions under one roof,” said Tift. “The building has major street frontage on Barranca Parkway, which will help them grow their brand with exposure to thousands of cars each day.”
