US Cabinet Depot Signs 200K-SF Richmond Lease

US Cabinet Depot, a distributor of kitchen and bathroom cabinetry, has signed a lease with MacKenzie Investment Group for 194,400 square feet in North Richmond Industrial Park, Richmond, VA. The company will occupy a new 315,900-square-foot industrial building at 12063 Washington Highway this summer, leaving approximately 122,000 square feet available in the 62% leased Phase II section of the park.

MacKenzie Investment Group was represented by JLL’s Jimmy Appich and Muscoe Garnett, while CBRE’s Jason Hetherington, Brad Lowry, and Doug Tice represented US Cabinet Depot. The company plans to use the facility as a distribution and logistics center, employing over 60 people to support East Coast customers.

Located near major highways and 20 miles north of Richmond, the cross-docked distribution center features 36-foot clear heights, 78 dock doors, and parking. “The cross-dock facility is designed for maximum efficiency, with ample trailer and car parking on either side. The design also works well for multi-tenant occupancy,” said Gavin Gill, MacKenzie Investment Group’s director.
