UrbanX Secures Leases With Chick-Fil-A, Old Navy at River Landing Shops in Miami
UrbanX Group has secured lease agreements with Chick-Fil-A and Old Navy at the firm’s River Landing Shops & Residences development in Miami’s Mid-River district.
Chick-Fil-A will occupy approximately 4,000 square feet of space on level one of the project. Old Navy will occupy 15,000 square feet of space at the retail center’s 4th floor. Both are scheduled to open in the spring of 2020. River Landing’s roster of announced retailers includes Publix, Burlington Stores, TJ Maxx, Ross Dress For Less, GNC, Chase, AT&T and Hobby Lobby.
Developed by UrbanX Group’s Andrew Hellinger and Coralee Penabad, the $425 million River Landing project is scheduled to open early this year. Since River Landing was announced in 2017, private and public investment has vastly increased in the area. The project has become a spark for economic development along the Miami River, and is opening the riverbanks to nearby communities Allapattah, Overtown and Downtown Miami as well as Little Havana.
UrbanX Group’s Andrew Hellinger has been announced as a speaker for Connect South Florida on Feb. 26, 2020. For more information, or to register, click here.
