Urban Strategy Firm Capalino Inks Full-Floor Lease in Midtown 

Capalino, an urban strategy firm in New York City, has signed an 8,424-square-foot lease to take the entire 24th floor at 730 Third Avenue in Midtown. 

The firm specializes in aiding companies with government relations, business, and real estate advisory services, boasting a clientele that includes UPS, Macy’s, and the Times Square Alliance, along with involvement in projects like the Highline and Hudson Yards. 

The building, offering a vast auditorium and full-service conference center, also provides tenants access to a rooftop deck. Cushman & Wakefield’s David Hoffman, Robert Billingsley and Sam Hoffman represented the tenant in the transaction.
