Urban Network Capital Group Starts $170M Vacation Complex in Davenport
Miami, FL-based Urban Network Capital Group has launched Visions Orlando, a $170 million wellness-certified, eco-friendly luxury vacation hotel community. The 42-acre, gated-access community will be located in Davenport, FL, less than 20 minutes from Walt Disney World.
The project will consist of 48 single-family homes, 132 townhomes and a 181-key condo hotel.
Visions Orlando will include a 12,000-square-foot building with gym, pilates rooms and yoga deck, steam room and sauna, restaurant, bar, lounges, movie theater, kids room, arcade, driving simulators and business center. Outdoor amenities areas include a resort-style pool with a kid’s waterpark, family-sized Jacuzzis and hot tubs, cabanas with a wet bar and firepits, a playground and croquet lawn, tennis, volleyball and pickleball courts and and bikeshare.
A five-acre nature reserve and a 70,000-square-foot retail strip with a pedestrian street will be developed in a future phase.
