Urban Innovations New Leases, Renewals in River North Buildings

Urban Innovations has signed 28 leases in the first half of 2025, totaling more than 74,000 square feet. 

Aaron Zaretsky of Urban Innovations represented ownership on the transactions. Recent transactions include water treatment systems company Culligan International leasing 5,664 square feet at 440 N. Wells St. Max Nachemson and Jordon Rovito of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant.

Med Spa Beautifully New signed a new lease for 5,155 square feet at 372 N. Ontario St, and was represented by Avi Schiffman of Landstar Realty. Bender Management leased 5,075 square feet at 440 N. Wells St, represented by Jordan Becker and Paige Korte of Stream Realty Partners.

In addition, Midloch signed a new lease for 3,815 square feet at 325 W. Huron St, represented by Eric Sorenson of Cushman & Wakefield, and Further Point Acquisitions, owners of Foxtrot Markets, leased 3,159 square feet at 444 N. Wells St. Tony Coglianese of CBRE represented the tenant.
