Urban Innovations Negotiates Seven Leases in River North

Urban Innovations recently signed seven new and renewing leases in Chicago’s River North neighborhood. Aaron Zaretsky and Candice Marek of Urban Innovations represented ownership on these transactions, including:

325 W. Huron
  • Altec Solutions signed a lease for 3,484 square feet, with representation by Michael Graham of CBRE.
  • Aptus Architecture renewed a 2,394-square-foot lease and was represented by Jason Schulz of The J. Rich Company.
720 N. Franklin
  • Blue Chip Marketing signed a 6,784-square-foot office lease renewal, with representation from Chris Cummins of JLL.
444 N. Wells
  • Challenger Logistics signed a 2,895-square-foot lease. Isabelle Montagne and Brian Means of JLL represented the tenant.
  • Communication Research Associates signed a 1,500-square-foot lease, with representation from Jaquis Covington of JLL.
  • Ingenuity Incorporated signed a lease renewal and was represented by Michael Schneider of X10 Commercial.
