Urban Innovations Completes Work on Fjallraven’s Chicago Fulton Market Store

Urban Innovations has completed the interior buildout of the Fjällräven Chicago retail store at 1101 W. Fulton Market Ave in the West Loop neighborhood. The 6,420-square-foot retail and office space is a Chicago flagship location and official brand center for the Swedish outdoor clothing and equipment company.

The location is the retailer’s second in the Chicago area and is situated in the shopping and entertainment district, a short walk from Halsted Street and the Morgan Green line CTA stop. “We were pleased to bring Fjällräven’s streamlined Scandinavian aesthetic to life in this new Chicago location in an efficient timeframe,” said Ramiro Trevino, vice president of construction for Urban Innovations.

MAI Architects are the interior architects. Ramiro Trevino is the vice president of construction, and Amanda May is the project manager. Fjallraven engaged AM-PS to provide project management services in executing its new location on time and within budget.
