Urban Innovations Arranges Four New Leases in River North

Urban Innovations recently signed four new leases in downtown’s River North neighborhood. Candice Murphy and Aaron Zaretsky of Urban Innovations represented ownership on all four transactions, which included the following:

• C|Change Communications Incorporated will occupy 6,942 square feet at 372 W. Ontario. The advertising and marketing agency is moving from the Fulton Market District.  SVN Commercial Chicago’s Deena Zimmerman and Christian Peppler represented the tenant.

• DoorDash, Inc. has more than tripled its office space at 314 W. Superior to 13,275 square feet. Cushman & Wakefield’s Jeff Skender, Ari Klein, Scott Shelbourne and Greg Pickett represented DoorDash.

• Represented by Colliers International’s Tony Karmin and Joe Stevens, Field Trip Ventures USA Inc. signed a lease for 4,145 square feet at 325 W. Huron.  

• Windsor Advantage, LLC, a banking and financial services firm, expanded its office space to 4,038 square feet at 444 N. Wells, represented by Avison Young’s Chris O’Leary.
