Urban Industrial Specialist Names Director of Development

Locally based DH Property Holdings (DHPH), a developer of urban infill industrial projects, has hired architect Michael Bennett as Director of Development as the company looks to expand nationally. A former principal with Ware Malcomb, Bennett reportedly has designed more multi-story, urban-infill distribution centers than any other architect in the nation, including several by DHPH.

“Michael’s skill and creative vision will enable DH Property Holdings to remain ahead of the rapidly evolving trends in logistics distribution,” said Hertz. “He is unrivaled in his ability to overcome challenges and to deliver a facility that addresses current tenant needs while providing the flexibility to accommodate future market changes.”

Bennett began his career as a designer at Ware Malcomb, a leading provider of planning, architecture, interior design and civil engineering services, in 1997. He spent 24 years at the firm and served as head of the East Coast division.
