Urban Air Adventure Park Opening First Location in Tacoma

Indoor theme park company Urban Air Adventure Park plans to open its first Washington location in Tacoma. The Texas-based franchise organization announced it had signed a lease for a 42,000-square-foot formerly vacant space at 1418 72nd Street East in the Vista shopping center.

A tenant improvement permit was issued to Urban Air by the city of Tacoma in July 2022. Construction costs in the permit were estimated to be $1 million. Urban Air Tacoma is expected to bring 60 jobs to the local area to support the operation of the new facility.

Urban Air Adventure Park is a national franchise brand under the Unleashed Brands umbrella and the largest adventure park operator in the world, with more than 330 locations open or in development. Unleashed Brands currently includes portfolio brands Urban Air, Snapology, The Little Gym, XP League, Class 101, and Premier Martial Arts.
