The site plan for Cameron at Happy Valley calls for four buildings of up to 48 feet in height. The planned unit mix consists of 75 studios, 145 one-bedroom and 180 two-bedroom units.

Planned amenities include a clubhouse, amenity courtyard, pickleball courts, a pool, and a multi-use trail along Happy Valley Road.

Urban Advisors is the project owner. Biltform Architecture is the design firm.

On its website, Urban Advisors describes itself as a developer of “luxury rental housing for young professionals, seniors and young families. We know local markets and seek to provide housing where people want to live.”
