Uptown Law Firm Relocating to Downtown Dallas Penthouse

Bell Nunnally & Martin LLP is relocating its Dallas office into 42,000 square feet at KPMG Plaza at Hall Arts in the Arts District in downtown Dallas. The law firm is taking the top two floors at 2323 Ross Ave., a 93%-leased building that offers high ceilings and expansive views. The firm had been at One McKinney Plaza in Uptown for more than 25 years.

The shift is expected to help the firm better serve clients, and continue to attract and retain top legal talent. The firm has added 33 attorneys, including nine partners, and expanded into several new practice areas, such as white collar crime, regulatory defense and cryptocurrency, or bitcoin, law over the past five years.

CBRE’s Jeff Ellerman represented the tenant. Hall Group’s Kim Butler advised the landlord.
