Uptown Dallas Office Asset Hits Market

17Seventeen McKinney, a 19-story office tower in Dallas’ Uptown market, is for sale. Investor interest is expected to be high for the nearly 370,000-square-foot asset, developed in 2010 by Dallas-based Granite Properties, in partnership with MetLife.

The 98% leased building shares a dynamic mixed-use environment with Gables Park 17, a residential and retail property. Among 17Seventeen McKinney’s unique features at the 2.1-acre site are a one-acre landscaped amenity deck on the seventh floor, a fitness center, and an outdoor pool in a park-like setting.

Granite Properties’ Greg Fuller says “We, along with our partner, MetLife, decided it was ready for sale to investors that prefer that long-term stabilized asset.”

Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, L.P.’s Andrew Levy, Todd Savage and Elizabeth Malone are marketing the property.
