Uptown Dallas AC, Moxy Opens Doors

Peachtree Group, development partner Phoenix Development and Marriott International announced the opening of AC Hotel Dallas Uptown and Moxy Dallas Uptown, a new 264-room, dual-branded hotel at 2910 N. Hall Street in Uptown Dallas. The grand opening festivities will be held on November 4 of this year. The hotel opened on October 7th.

The 19 – story development combines 110 AC Hotel guestrooms and 154 Moxy guestrooms, offering two distinct hospitality experiences under one roof. The property features High Point, a signature indoor-outdoor rooftop bar overlooking the Dallas skyline, along with dining venues, flexible meeting and event spaces and shared amenities designed for business and leisure travelers. The eighth-floor indoor-outdoor rooftop restaurant and bar features panoramic skyline views, a 230-inch LED video wall and food and cocktails.

The hotel is designed by Merriman Anderson Architects and constructed by Moss Construction.
