Upscale Restaurant Concept Mr. Noble to Debut River North Location

Hospitality group Noble 33 announced that Mr. Noble, an American brasserie concept built around upscale comfort food, is set to debut in Chicago’s River North neighborhood in early 2027.

Located at 500 N. Clark Street, the two-level restaurant will feature a restaurant upstairs and a subterranean speakeasy below. Mr. Noble is the second Chicago concept announced by Noble 33, following plans for a new Mexican-inspired concept slated for Fulton Market.

“This is one of the most serious food cities in the country, and that’s exactly why we didn’t want to bring in something we’d already built somewhere else and just put a River North address on it,” said Noble 33 Co-Founder Tosh Berman. “Mr. Noble is a brand-new concept for Noble 33, and we’re excited for it to become Chicago’s own.” The Clark Street property is part of Friedman Properties’ River North portfolio.
