White Lodging Services expects to begin construction on a 13-story hotel at Fifth and Trinity in Austin. The company noted in a public filing that the hotel will be part the upscale Autograph Collection from Marriott.

The Austin Business Journal reports the $92 million project will have 258-guest rooms, a ballroom and full-service restaurant and bar. Construction is expected to begin in October and wrap up in August of 2025. The hotel will take the place of the Trinity Hall event the former Russian House restaurant (see photo).

White Lodging has developed 12 hotels, 10 restaurants and five rooftop bars in Austin. It developed the only other Autograph Collection property in town: The Otis near the University of Texas.
