Upper East Side Condo Project 72% Sold Ahead of First Closings

On the heels of launching sales earlier this year, 150 E. 78th St., an Upper East Side condominium development designed by award-winning Robert A.M. Stern Architects, has secured more than $135 million in signed contracts in less than seven months. The project is being developed by Midwood Investment & Development and EJS Group.

Offering 25 distinctive residences and curated amenities, the building is now 72% sold and getting ready for first closings before year end.

“150 E. 78th St. is a world-class building offering the highest level of finishes and design,” said Midwood CEO John Usdan. “Midwood and EJS couldn’t be more excited to see our vision come to life in record time,”

Ted Segal, EJS founder and president, added, “It is incredibly gratifying to see such enthusiasm for our project. Buyers are recognizing the value of purchasing a home at a building as special as 150 E. 78th.”
