Upland Apartments Fetch $310K Per Unit

Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of Arrow Townhomes at 614-628 Arrow Hwy., a 18-unit apartment property located in Upland. The asset sold for $5,575,000, or $309,722 per unit

SVP Douglas McCauley and first VP David Covarrubias in Marcus & Millichap’s Inland Empire office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company.  The buyer, an individual/personal trust, was also secured and represented by McCauley and Covarrubias.

Arrow Townhomes consisted of all two-bedroom townhouse-style apartment units with two-car attached garages. Other amenities included enclosed patios, balconies, central air conditioning and laundry hook-ups in each unit.

“There is always tremendous investor demand for quality real estate,” said McCauley.
