Upgraded Apartment Community Sold in Houston
Westmount Realty Capital has owned the Westmount at Summer Cove for seven years and has invested in a number of capital improvements over the past few years.
The 376-unit complex was built in two phases and used to be known as Summer Cove 1 and 2 until Westmount rebranded the project. Recently, Westmount remodeled the clubhouse, fitness center and put on a new roof. A number of the units have been totally renovated.
The expansive development has two swimming pools, a children’s playground and a park-like landscaped area.
The property is centrally located between Interstate 45 and Highway3/Old Galveston Road.
