Untuckit Tucks Into Larger Space at the SoHo Building

Men’s apparel retailer Untuckit is expanding its headquarters space at SL Green Realty’s 110 Greene St. Untuckit opted for an additional 3,109 square feet at the SoHo office property, signing an 11-year lease for 14,793 square feet. It established its headquarters space at 110 Greene, also known as the Soho Building, about two years ago.

“The SoHo Building is a magnet for creative businesses,” explained Steve Durels, EVP and director of leasing and real property at SL Green. “The building’s prime location is surrounded by some of the city’s best shopping, restaurants and nightlife.”

Cushman and Wakefield’s Daniel Organ represented UNTUCKit, which has transitioned from a strictly online operation into a handful of brick-and-mortar stores, on the SoHo Building transaction. Other tenants at the 220,000-square-foot boutique office property include Nylon Magazine, Manhattan Portage and Brant Publications.
