Branding agency Untitled Worldwide has moved into 4,321 square feet of built-to-suit office space at 584 Broadway, an office building in Manhattan’s SoHo neighborhood.

“We were thrilled to assist them in relocating to this desirable Soho location, which will offer them easy access to many of the esteemed brands with which they collaborate,” said Dennis Someck, principal and executive managing director of Lee & Associates NYC, who with Justin Myers and Aidan Velle arranged the lease.

Untitled Worldwide was previously located at 110 Greene Street. The landlord, Olmstead Properties, was represented in-house by Steve Marvin. Asking rent was $68 per square foot.
