Unnamed Tenant Leases 569K SF of Industrial Space in the Bronx

JLL Northeast Industrial team arranged a 568,543-square-foot lease at the newly completed 2505 Bruckner Blvd. in the Bronx, the largest Class A logistics space currently available in New York City. The tenant in the city’s biggest industrial lease year to date wasn’t identified. 

With just over half of the property now leased, the remaining 499,011 square feet of prime logistics space is available and ready for immediate occupancy. The 1.07-million-square-foot facility was developed by Innovo Property Group in partnership with Square Mile Capital. 

A JLL Northeast Industrial Region team, led by vice chairman Rob Kossar and executive managing director Leslie Lanne serves as the exclusive leasing agent for 2505 Bruckner Blvd. 

“We are thrilled to have completed a 568,543-square-foot lease at 2505 Bruckner,” said Kossar. “The remaining 499,011 square feet of modern logistics space presents another large-scale option for tenants seeking last-touch, speed-to-market logistics in a supply constrained market.”
