UniversalPegasus Renews 113K-SF Lease at Loop Central
UniversalPegasus International (UPI) renewed its 113,114-square-foot lease at 4848 Loop Central Dr. in Houston. The office building is corporate headquarters for the tenant, which is part of Huntington Ingalls Industries.
David Baker, Doug Little and Kelli Gault represented the landlord, a joint venture of Griffin Partners and Wheelock Street Capital. CBRE’s Lucian Bukowksi represented UPI. “UPI has been a valued tenant at Loop Central for 15 years,” Gault said, adding that the ownership’s efforts to upgrade the facility with new amenities likely added to the tenant’s decision to renew.
The landlord acquired 4848 Loop Central in March 2018, with plans to add a tenant lounge, fitness center, conference center and improved food service offerings. Also on tap is outdoor seating and walking trails throughout the exterior.
