United Properties Reaches Milestone on Minnesota Seniors Housing Project

United Properties announced that Amira Lake Elmo, its newest 55-plus active adult rental community, received its certificate of occupancy. This achievement marks a significant milestone in the project’s journey, allowing United Properties and Great Lakes Management to welcome their first resident.

Located near Woodbury in Lake Elmo, Minnesota, the community offers studios to three-bedroom layouts. United Properties collaborated with LSE Architects, Eagle Building Company, Great Lakes Management and Associated Bank on Amira Lake Elmo to life. Great Lakes Management oversees daily operations and resident experience, and Associated Bank supported the project with its financing expertise.

“This milestone represents the culmination of incredible teamwork, vision and dedication,” said Naomi Ohnstad, vice president, senior living development, United Properties. “We’re thrilled to see Amira Lake Elmo come to life and look forward to opening the doors to more residents who will soon call this vibrant community their home.”
