United Medco Takes 88K SF for HQ in Coral Springs

United Medco leased nearly 88,000 square feet within Exeter Property Group’s Coral Springs Commerce Center II in Coral Springs, FL. The distribution and office space will eventually serve as the national headquarters for the provider of pharmaceutical products to the managed-care market. The company plans to add 50 to 75 new jobs at the location at 4250 Coral Ridge Dr.

Coral Springs Commerce Center II is a four-building distribution park comprising roughly 564,651 square feet of space. United Medco will be located in Building 1, which was built in 1981, extensively renovated in 2019, and is now 100% occupied.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Rick Etner, Chris Metzger, Christopher Thomson and Matthew G. McAllister represented the tenant.

“Exeter Property Group’s investment into this property has paid off in a short amount of time,” said Etner, noting it resulted in the full lease-up of this Class A industrial asset.
