Unire Promotes Griffin Cogorno as President
Brea, CA-based Unire Real Estate Group has promoted Griffin Cogorno to president of the asset management firm as Unire’s founder, Mark Harryman, transitions to a singular role of CEO.
As president, Cogorno will lead and manage the company’s unique client-driven approach, providing services for the group’s portfolio, which includes 50 million square feet and more than $10 billion in assets under management. Since he joined Unire Group in 2014 as VP of client services, Cogorno achieved his goal of significant measured growth, while maintaining excellent service levels, having almost doubled the size of its managed portfolio.
According to Harryman, “Not only am I happy Unire Group will continue to be a family-owned and operated company – a legacy I am proud of – but I know Griff will excel at maintaining our momentum as we continue to provide best-in-class service to our clients.”
