Unique Mixed-Use Encinitas Property Trades for $4M
Cushman & Wakefield has brokered the $4 million sale of a mixed-use office and residential property in downtown Encinitas, CA. The unique two-story building totals 3,400 square feet and houses four office tenants and a residential tenant. A&W CA, LLC purchased the property from E & E Properties as part of a 1031 exchange.
“The property offers an outstanding North San Diego County location and a well-positioned work-live environment, just one block from a coastal ocean overlook,” said Peter Curry, managing director with Cushman & Wakefield’s Private Capital Group in San Diego.
Curry represented the seller in the transaction along with the firm’s Owen Curry. Sean Caddell of Sotheby’s and Ed McBee of JEM & Associates represented the buyer, which acquired the asset in looking to spend more time in Encinitas.
The asset features expansive patios, modern architecture, vaulted and exposed ceilings plus seven parking spaces.
