Unique Apartment Concept to Open Up in San Marcos
Oaks 35 Apartments will offer 100 single studio apartments. If you want another bedroom and bathroom you open the door of the adjoining unit. The newly renovated “studio-centric” community is located just off Aquarena Springs Drive and IH 35.
The project, just minutes from Texas State University, is designed to appeal to the college student, but not exclusively. A single studio apartment is 281 square feet. It’s twice that if you want more room. Rents start at around $1,000 a month and go to $1,350. Due to the size of the units, only one pet is allowed. Besides a “massive” dog park, Oaks 35 Apartments amenities include a 24-hour fitness center, pool and generous green, open space. Tenants can start moving in August 15th of 2022.
