Construction is near complete at San Francisco-based DM Development’s seven-story, 41-residence condominium project located at 1515 Union St. at the nexus of the Cow Hollow, Russian Hill, Pacific Heights, and Marina neighborhoods.

When complete, the Handel Architects’ mixed-use Union House will feature a large rooftop Sky Lounge with panoramic views of the City and the Bay, and approximately 2,900 square feet of ground-level retail space. A model residence designed by Handel is now located on the third floor, showcasing Union House’s interiors, high ceilings, and oversized picture frame windows.
