A Union City industrial building, built for SEKO Logistics by ON Commercial Construction (OCC), was recently completed. The building, which was thoroughly renovated, encompasses 191,833 square feet.

OCC handled office upgrades, built new concrete slabs and made ADA improvements, among other changes. The building is now Title 24 compliant.

Based in Santa Clara, OCC does construction work in the industrial, retail and office real estate sectors.
